Loving-Kindness Meditation

Practice loving-kindness (meta) meditation by sending out positive thoughts and wishes to yourself and others. Start with yourself, then extend these feelings to loved ones, acquaintances, and even those with whom you have conflicts.

Environment: A serene space where you feel safe and comfortable, such as a cozy corner with cushions and a blanket. Soft background music or nature sounds can help enhance the meditative experience.
