Affirmation Meditation

Use positive affirmations during meditation to reinforce self-love, confidence, and a positive outlook. Repeat affirmations silently or aloud, such as “I am worthy,” “I am growing,” or “I am at peace.”

Environment: A peaceful, distraction-free area where you feel empowered and positive. Sit in a comfortable position, perhaps with an affirmation card or list in hand. Soft music or nature sounds can enhance the atmosphere
